Uncas Lewis, Surveyor, as Lot No. Seventeen (17) of Square Two (2), bounded by the Public Road, Cogenave, Bradish and Division St., and according to said sketch, the said lot No. 17, measures 40 feet front on Cogenave Street, the same in width at the rear, by 126 feet in depth, between equal and parallel lines."
