  	Witnesses: Josef Charvat, a cottager from Bahno, and Anna Zvonik, a daughter of Jan Zvonik, a farmer in Bykan. Olga Koliscova reports: «b»«i»The oldest Martineks in Malotice «/b»«/i» I have no idea where Jan Martinek and Anna Rudolf lived from 1806 until 1823. They were married in 1805 in the Kosice parish church. Their first daughter was born in Bedrichov No. 5 which was the house where the Rudolf family lived. But after that they probably moved and lived in other place. From year 1823 they lived in Malotice No. 31. Only one birth record has been found in registry of Malotice: the birth record of Josef, a son of Jan Martinek and Anna Rudolf. It seems that Martineks came to Malotice in 1823. Before that the family of Jakub Zahradnik lived in Malotice No. 31. [4, 5]
