«b»BAILEY--«/b»On Tuesday, October 20, 1953, at 8:55 p. m., CLARENCE BAILEY, of Jesuit Bend, La., devoted son of Mr. and Mrs. Charley Bailey; brother of Mrs. Cecile LaFrance, James, Celestine and Orestine Bailey; grandson of Mrs. Rose Dobard; also survived by a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and other relatives; a native of Louisiana, and in his 22nd year.
Relatives and friends of the family, also employes of Food Machinery and Chemical Corporation, and Todd Johnson Drydock, Inc., are respectfully invited to attend the wake on Friday night, October 23, 1953, at the Oakville Baptists church, Oakville, La. Funeral services will be conducted at the above named church, Saturday, October 24, 1953, at 12 o'clock noon. Rev. C. M. Sola officiating, assisted by Rev. H. Johnson.
Interment in Jesuit Bend cemetery, Jesuit Bend, La.
Willie and Bailey Funeral Home, 619 Newton street, Algiers, La., in charge.

- (Medical):According to his death certificate, his injuries were the result of an accident, two cars crashed together in Gretna, Louisiana. There was an autopsy by the coroner's office, Parish of Orleans. [2]
