      Lorraine Cora Kaufman Piper, on Wednesday, May 19, 1976 at 8:30 p.m., beloved daughter of the late Lillian Vignes and Joseph E. Kaufman, grand-daughter of the late Mrs. Adele Brown.
      Sister of Mrs. Olivia Peete of San Francisco, California; Mrs. Gloria Francois of St. Thomas Virgin Islands; Mrs. Cora R. Holland of San Antonio, Texas; Mrs. Marlon Kaufman Khaton, Mrs. Joyce K. Perkins, Mrs. Judith A. Dolliole, Mrs. Marlene G. Blackwell; Joseph E. Kaufman of Franfort [sic], German; George L. Kaufman of Oakland, California; Elliot A. and Donald P. Kaufman of New Orleans, La.
      Sister-in-law of Lydia Kaufman, Lester V. Peete, Wilbert J. Khaton, Elvina Kaufman, Pedrito Francois, George L. Hollins, Thomas P. Perkings [sic], Louise Kaufman, Edmond Dolliole and Robert A. Blackwell. Also survived by 42 nieces and nephews and many friends.
      Relatives and friends of the family, also congregation of St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church, employees of Brent House and Ochsner Fuondation Hospital are invited to attend the funeral from the Gentilly Home of Tharp-Sontheimer-Laudumiey, 5001 Chef Menteur hwy, on Saturday, May 22, 1976. Due notice of time will be given. Followed by the Requiem Mass at St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church, 4729 Pineda St.
      Interment in St. Louis Cemetery No. 3. Visitation Friday, May 21, after 7 PM. Recitation of the Rosary at 8 PM, Friday. ###
