      «b»SALVANT--«/b»On Tuesday, November 5, 1957, at 4:30 o'clock p.m., WILKIE SALVANT, beloved husband of Mrs. Lelia Sylva-Salvant; father of Alfred M. and Louis T. Salvant; grandfather of Debra Marie Salvant; son of the late Mrs. Elizabeth Taylor and Butler Salvant; brother of Mrs. Dorothy T. Dobard and Charles E. Salvant of Chicago, Ill.; also survived by a host of other relatives.
      Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of Algiers Public Service, Godchaux and Goldrings Clothing Store, are respectfully invited to attend the wake on Thursday, November 7, 1957, at Murray Henderson funeral home, 1209 Teche street, Algiers, La., and funeral on Friday, November 8, 1957, at 3 o'clock p.m. Religious services at the parlor. Rev. Philip Pittman officiating.
      Interment in McDonoghville cemetery.
