Be it remembered, that on the «i»17 «/i»day of «i»February «/i»1«i»900«/i», «i»Edmond Dobard«/i» [&] «i»Rebecca Horred«/i» both residents of the Parish aforesaid personally appeared before me «i»J. B. Hames, Justice of the Peace«/i» together with «i»B. Salvant«/i» and «i»Benjamin Horred«/i» all witnesses of full age and residents of said Parish; and that then and there the said «i»Edmond Dobard«/i» and «i»Rebecca Horred«/i» having produced the license required by law, signified their desire and intention before the said __[blank]___ and witnessed, to be united in marriage, where upon after due proclamations made, and no impediment being suggested, they, the said «i»Edmond Dobard«/i» and «i»Rebecca Horred«/i» were by me the said «i»J. B. James«/i» in the presence of said witnesses, joined in holy wedlock, according to the laws of the State of Louisiana and «i»therefore«/i» duly prounouced to be man and wife.
In testimony whereof, the parties to the said marriage hereunto affix their signature together with me the said «i»J. B. James«/i» and the aforesaid witnesses on the «i»17«/i» day of «i»February«/i» 1«i»900«/i».
